Frequently asked questions

If you don’t find your answer, reach out—we reply within two business days.

What tools do I need to start?
Most projects require crepe paper, white glue or tacky glue, floral wire, floral tape, and scissors. Optional tools like ball styluses can refine shaping but are not mandatory.
Which course should a beginner choose first?
Start with a Beginner course labeled “Foundation” or “Starter Bouquet.” These teach petal shaping, proportion, and tidy assembly before moving to complex centers or multi-part blooms.
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes. Your purchase grants lifetime access to videos and step-by-step guides, including future updates to the same course.
Are there printable patterns?
Every course includes printable templates in US Letter and A4 formats, plus guidance to scale petals for different bloom sizes.
Do I need expensive crepe paper?
No. We show premium and budget options. The key is choosing the right weight and stretch for each petal; the course outlines recommended substitutes.
Will I receive a certificate?
Upon completion, you can download a completion certificate for personal records. It’s a recognition of effort, not an academic credential.
Can I gift a course?
Yes. Add the course to your cart and select “Gift this course” during checkout confirmation; we’ll send a gift access link to your recipient.
What is the refund policy?
If the course doesn’t match its description, contact us within 14 days. We’ll work with you to resolve issues or offer a refund where appropriate.
